1. Physical Artwork Returns
- Returns accepted within [14/30] days of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition, undamaged
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Refunds will be processed within [7-14] days of receiving the return
- Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable
2. Digital Artwork
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital artwork are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered.
3. Damaged Items
If your physical artwork arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photographic evidence of damage
- We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion
