Personal digital displays (wallpapers, screensavers)
Personal social media sharing with proper attribution
5.3 Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
Resell or redistribute digital files
Use artwork for commercial purposes without separate licensing
Modify or create derivative works without permission
Remove watermarks or signatures
Claim ownership or authorship of the artwork
Use in print-on-demand services or merchandise
5.4 Digital Delivery
Digital files will be delivered via email or download link within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
Files are typically provided in high-resolution JPEG or PNG format
No refunds are available for digital products once delivered
6. PHYSICAL ARTWORK TERMS
6.1 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout
Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal services, or force majeure
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
6.2 International Orders
International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees
We are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections

6.3 Packaging
We take great care in packaging artwork for safe transit, but we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
7.1 Physical Artwork Returns

Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable

If your physical artwork arrives damaged:

Provide photographic evidence of damage
We will arrange for replacement or refund at our discretion

9. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

Custom commission requests are subject to approval
50% deposit required before work begins
Final payment due before delivery
Commissions are non-refundable once work has begun

Completion times for custom work will be agreed upon individually and are estimates only.
